Mrs. Mendoza-Stover is an expert in estate planning with a dedicated history of helping families ensure their assets are held and distributed as they direct. Born and raised in Humboldt County, Mrs. Mendoza-Stover has in-depth knowledge of the unique characteristics of the surrounding area allowing her to anticipate issues that may arise while establishing a will or trust in Humboldt.

Tamara C. Falor
Ms. Falor was the Humboldt County Counsel from 1995 to 2007 and has immense insight into the County’s operations and procedures. Prior to that time, she worked as the Assistant County Counsel, a Deputy County Counsel and a Humboldt County Public Defender. A strong legal advocate, Ms. Falor takes pride in her attention to detail and ability to assist clients through complex legal issues and numerous government regulations.
